Our Research & Development Lab offers a unique blend of analytical and physical chemistry to develop the highest quality product formulations. With a library of over 1,000 formulas for nearly every conceivable product in the beauty industry customization is available on any existing formula
or create your own to meet your needs specifically.
Reverse Engineering:
- Customer must provide 16 oz. of the product to match, for review. Sending product in the original packaging is extremely helpful.
- Based on the complexity of the formula and number of items submitted, normal turnaround time for R&D is 8-10 weeks.
Sample Process:
- Once completed, a sample will be sent to the customer for approval along with a sample approval form.
- The customer can review then approve or revise the sample. If the sample needs to be revised, the lab will re-sample the product until the customer approves it.
- After approval of the sample, the project coordinator will begin the process of providing a quote for the product to the customer.
